This Privacy Policy explains how Master Grade ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit foldpro.net or purchase a FoldPro cart or accessory ("the Site").
When you check out, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order:
We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, general device/browser information, and approximate location. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you. Google Analytics uses cookies, and Google may collect this information over time and across websites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code — that information goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.
If you join our VIP list or sign up for offers, we use your email address to send FoldPro news, launch updates, and promotions. These emails are sent through Mailchimp. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary to fulfill your order — with Stripe for payment processing, with our email service providers to send order and marketing emails, and with shipping carriers to deliver your purchase.
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payment details go directly to Stripe. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@foldpro.net. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
