By placing an order on foldpro.net ("the Site"), operated by Master Grade, you agree to the terms below.
The Site sells FoldPro carts and optional guardrail sets in orange or black. The cart offer and per-set prices are shown in your order review. Applicable tax is added before payment. Shipping and handling are excluded and billed separately after purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, and Link. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Some FoldPro orders are pre-orders for carts that have not shipped yet. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. The estimated shipping timeframe is shown on the order page. If we can't ship your pre-order by that estimate, we'll email you with an updated date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.
Shipping and handling costs are billed separately from the product price and will be communicated to you after checkout. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

FoldPro is built by Master Grade, trusted since 1991. Your FoldPro cart is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting on the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll repair or replace the affected part or cart, at our option, at no cost to you.
The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, damage from loads over the rated 350 lbs, misuse, accidents, or modifications. To make a claim, email hello@foldpro.net with your order number and photos of the issue. Items that arrive damaged are handled under our Return Policy.
The FoldPro cart is rated to haul up to 350 lbs. Master Grade is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from use beyond the product's stated specifications or from misuse of the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
